Hi, looking for a room for rent by January 8th. I am 67 female and very quiet. I have a small dog. I have SS and work part-time as a caregiver/personal assistant. Would prefer someone close to my age or older. Love to cook and bake. Don't eat out much. I can help around the house and gardening. Perfer driveway parking or garage. Like to stay in Yorba linda or Anaheim hills area. Am open other areas if nice. Have references. Open to a guest house too. Just looking for no drama.
