I am looking to rent a room starting July 1st for myself, from $650 to $750 with utilities included. I would like cooking in the kitchen and laundry in house to be part of the rental plan. I am going to be 30 years old this August. I am a single straight Male. I am not looking for hookups. I am clean and considerate. I don’t bring the party home and I am not loud when I am home.

I like to play music in my car and watch movies when I’m home. I learned to play guitar in 2007 and can play other instruments like drums and piano. I was never in a band through out high school so I decided to produce electronic music in 2011. Right now I am looking for a spacious room I can make music in.

I don’t smoke, just vape. I have no criminal background and have good credit. I am working a full time job usually from 9 Am to 6 Pm Monday through Friday. I don’t have a pet but I would like one! I would like to talk through text since I am usually busy at work through out the week. On the weekends I’m usually with Family & Friends.
