Need a room ! (Huntington Beach)

I am a healthy 68 year old male who has lived in HB since I was 5 . Until recently , I lived in the same 1 bedroom apartment for 37 years ,which was sold due to the owner having a stroke . My landlady was a very generous woman who never changed my rent in all 37 years . I need a room , nothing fancy , in HB or Westminster to stay close to family , my small scaffold business , and my Mom who is in assisted living . I could afford 700 a month realistically , since I'm on SSI and Social Security . Easy going , quiet , and a decent handyman with tools (all in storage) . No drama . Love dogs , cats are OK . I just bought a motorhome , but found out you can't live in one except in an expensive park the runs more than the price of a motel room a night . I'm totally embarrassed posting this , but I'm trying everything . Rick OB @ show contact info
