Hello! I am looking to rent a room in a house/condo or apartment. I am currently residing in fountain Valley right now, so I am looking for either fountain Valley or surrounding areas or North Orange County. My own bathroom is a must! I am a chef and kitchen privileges are necessary since I do prepare a one day meal around 12 o’clock noon for myself. About myself, I am a quiet guy, no drugs or alcohol, pays rent on time and a sports guy who likes to watch sporting events! My existing lease ends December 15 so I’m looking to move in after December 15. I would like to keep my rent between 800 and $900 per month including all utilities. I am willing to pay more if the room and neighborhood is extra nice! If you have pets or children, or a family house, no problem at all! I have no pets.
