I'm looking to rent a room in San Clemente or Dana Point. San Juan if the vibe is right. I'm a full time student at Cal State San Marcos I will be gone a lot. I surf a lot and go out as much as I can but I also like to chill at home, listen to records, play guitar, watch movies.
Not currently employed but can cover rent no problem. Looking to pay $1000ish. I am sober, don't care if you are or not, I'm not triggered by casual drinking or 420.
