Hello there! I am a woman in my 30s, no kids and no pets. I prefer my own room, an ADU, or a converted space like a garage or enclosed living room, but will share a master bedroom. My max budget is $800, preferably including utilities (I realize this is low for the general area and can help with chores, petcare, light caregiving, etc.). I don't need a private bath or kitchen privileges, but I prefer having laundry access.
