Looking for help finding a room for my niece (Santa Ana)

I am looking for a room/studio for my niece, who works full-time. She has a four-year-old son who attends school from 7:30am to 5pm After she picks the plan is for her to go to my mother’s home in Santa Ana, where her mother (my sister) and two siblings live, to have dinner and spend time with us.
