I have been a Landscape contractor over 20 years. For the past 3-years I’ve been a caregiver helping a cuzin who had a couple strokes, he is now in hospice. Been paying $3,800. Per month for a 2-bedroom 2-bath and cannot afford the place by myself and cannot seem to find a serious renter. So I’ve decided to put my things in storage and rent a room instead.
