I'm looking for a converted Garage Apt, Guest House, etc. My name is Jillian, I'm 59, Honest, Responsible, Polite, Reliable, Friendly, Trusting, Caring... I don't drink, smoke or even take aspirin!
For 23 years I grew up in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Newport Beach, Orange, Riverside, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin... When my mother sold her 1 condo in OC to buy 18 condos in DFW, she asked me to move to Dallas for 2 years. I instantly learned how to paint, wallpaper, tile, install ceiling fans, etc. As her health started to decline, I ended up stayed for many more years.
After she passed, I later became a LIVE-IN CAREGIVER for Seniors, so I moved from state to state for my various clients: AL FL CA LA TX, so I became an extreme minimalist. Every time I'd move, I would only keep what I can fit in my Jeep; and then I'd simply buy a Bed, Recliner, Desk and a Breakfast Table, seriously what else do I need! For several years now, I've been able to help people declutter, minimalize, and even start a capsule wardrobe.
In my currently Sunnyvale, TX, I'm surrounded by MY fur babies🐓🐐🐎🦚 and yet I'm still just 5 miles from 3 major DFW freeways, so I have the best of both worlds!
This year I was hoping to buy a Tiny House in TN, but my brother who has always lived in O.C., is also a minimalist. He's about to start a Junk Removal Business, which is helping others on a whole other level!! Last week he asked me to move back out to OC to handle all of the office work: LLC, Taxes, Website, Bids, Marketing, A/P, A/R... So I'm really looking forward to working together. Even when we were children, my brother was always my very Best Friend.
So I'm in the process of decluttering and selling everything again. As soon as I load up my Jeep, I hope to be back in CA by mid June.
