Hi, looking for a new place to live in a shared condo or house. Ideally in HB but open to anywhere from around costa mesa to LB.
I'm an engineer and work in the LB area most days of the week. I'm clean and keep to myself most of the time. Also my credit score is above 800.

Here is what I'm looking for:

I have a flexible budget so I'm willing to make some compromises on any of the below items.

1.Ideally looking for a bed room with private bathroom as well
2. Parking (gated or garage preferred)
3. in-house laundry and shared kitchen ext
4. minimal other tenants/housemates
5. no furry pets as I have minor allergies
6. Open to areas between HB and Long beach, along coast west of the 405.
7.Hi-speed internet
