Hey I’m Skyler. I work in commercial film production and I just moved back to the States after living overseas for the past four years. I’m looking for a comfortable room month-to-month, or long-term if it’s a great fit. Ideal areas are Costa Mesa and Irvine, easy access to the 405 is a big plus since I’m in LA for work some days. I would absolutely love to live close enough to Back Bay to get a morning paddle in on the water.

I’m very clean, respectful, don't smoke or do drugs, only drink occasionally, and have no pets (but I'm cool if you have them!). At home I keep it low-key, and in my free time I’m usually outdoors paddling, hiking, or at the beach. I am very career focused currently, happy to share references, and can provide proof of funds.

I’m hoping for a private room in a tidy, calm home with safe parking (I have a motorcycle) and good freeway access. My move-in date is flexible, and I’m open on duration—month-to-month to start, 6 months, or longer if we both feel good about it.
