Accountant looking room close to office for tax season (Anaheim)

Thank you for reading this. I am a CPA (Accountant) who lives in the Inland Empire but my firm is located in Anaheim. With the extra hours of tax season, the commute takes up too much of my day.
So for the last few years I have been renting a room in the Anaheim area for tax season which has worked out very well. The dates are from Jan 15 to April 15. I usually leave between 5-6am and get back around 10-12pm. I come home, sleep, and start my day again.
I am very quiet, clean, and courteous of my neighbors. I do not need any kitchen privileges or even a private room. I just need space to hang up my clothes and set up my camping cot.
I am looking to pay between 1,500-2,100 for the total time (Jan 15 to April 15), which would work out to $500 to $700 a month.
