34 Male, Engineer looking for nice shared house or condo (Huntington to seal beach)

Hi, I have a few months to find a new place to live as current landlord is done with renting out our rooms after 5 years as a tenant.
Here is what Im looking for:
1. Proximity to beach
2. Gated parking minimum would like covered
3. in-house laundry and shared kitchen ext
4. 1 roommate ideal or at max 2 roommates (3 total)
5. no furry pets as I have minor allergies
6. Open to areas between HB and Long beach, along coast west of the 405.
Like the title says Im a 34 year old male. I'm an engineer I work in office majority of week with maybe 1 or 2 days per week as hybrid. Im into fitness, martial arts, cars and gaming as hobbies. Im not a messy person and cleanup after myself always, looking for someone similar as I dont want to clean up others messes.
