ESS is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team. We are hiring a part-time officer to provide security services for a busy bar and grill in Huntington Beach.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Verify IDs at the front entrance.
Conduct hourly patrols throughout the establishment.
Help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons.
Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately to incidents.
Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong observation, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
