We’re seeking professional, proactive, and disciplined unarmed security officers for a busy apartment complex in Costa Mesa. This role requires a strong work ethic, solid decision-making skills, and the ability to manage a high-activity environment without babysitting.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Conducting regular foot patrols throughout the apartment complex to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
- Enforcing apartment complex rules and regulations clearly and consistently.
- Providing a visible presence to deter disturbances and unauthorized access.
- Responding promptly to incidents or disturbances occurring on-site.
- Managing access control and verifying resident identities at entry points.
- Writing accurate, detailed reports of all incidents and contacts.
WHAT WE EXPECT

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid BSIS Guard Card.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
