We’re looking for a polished, professional Security Concierge/Lead to serve as the first point of contact at a high-end retail location. This role blends security, hospitality, and leadership presence—you’ll be both a welcoming face and a confident authority, ensuring a safe, controlled, and elevated guest experience.
If you carry yourself with confidence, stay calm under pressure, and understand the balance between luxury service and security awareness, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
• Greet and engage guests with professionalism and a strong presence
• Serve as a visible security deterrent while maintaining a welcoming environment
• Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter
• Handle situations calmly and de-escalate when necessary
• Uphold a polished, luxury brand image at all times
• Partner with store leadership and security teams to maintain safety and service standards
• Support additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in security, luxury retail, or hospitality
• Strong personal presentation and professional appearance
• Ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under pressure
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required state Guard certifications (employee responsibility unless noted)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
