MUST be bi-lingual English/Spanish
Must be proficient in MAC environment/desktops
Proficient with Windows servers/Linux
Knowledge of MS Exchange creating mailboxes, groups, & using tools to evaluate email transport.
Able to use Active Directory to administer users and DNS related issues
Extensive knowledge of MS Office to help end users accomplish tasks.
Able to use JIRA for helpdesk ticket management to address user issues in a timely manner.
Great personal skills and willingness to understand end users objectives without violating IT policies.
Good network protocol knowledge in the event users cannot access resources.
Working knowledge of Skype for Business aka Lync
Ability to properly terminate patch cable’s a plus.
Must have own suitable vehicle for occasional light travel (no greater than a 50-mile radius, mileage compensation available).

Pay: $22-30 per hour DOE
