2004 Rexhall Rexair 32’ in great condition. Two slide outs. Hydraulic jacks. Everything working properly. 49,500 miles. Always has been a West coast RV - no snow, salt or storms. Strong, V10, Gas engine. Solar system. Brand new dash AC (work done at Rincon RV Center in San Clemente). New power step. New toilet. Double paned (Thermopane) window.
The RV has the upgraded 90 gallon fresh water, 60 gallon each for grey and black tanks. It also has an oversized propane tank. These capacities will keep you out boondocking for longer periods of time.
Option for electric or the Generac generator with low hours used to power the two ceiling AC's and everything else. If you like the quiet better, you'll be able to take advantage of the 500 watts of solar panels and 440 amp hour AGM battery storage (new in 2021). All of that tied together with the best of controller wiring and inverter.
The Banks exhaust intake system reduces wear on the engine and there's plenty of life life before further maintenance. And, the list goes on.
You should not have to worry about big, unexpected problems.

Interior is in great condition. New floor trim. New bathroom light and fan. Electric fireplace. Combination convection/microwave. Leather sofa/couch plus 2 reclining chairs.
