Rare, hard to find model. Sleeps 10 comfortably!!! 2014 Fleetwood Terra 31SE with great layout - sleeps up to 10 adults and children! Perfect for grandparents or families to travel with extended family, spacious, or kids to bring their friends. Very flexible, unique layout sleeps 10, includes: super comfortable queen bed (Master), 2 twin-sized bunks (which covert into small dinette/workspace, desk), over-cabin queen, sized Hide-a-loft, fold-out couch and kitchen dinette, coverts into a home on wheels. Two slides (kitchen area and bunk/master bedroom) turn RV into a comfortable, small apartment, spacious feel.

Updated, with beautiful accents, very comfortable seats, couches and beds. Modern amenities but great price.

Great heating and cooling! The automatic thermostat heats the main cabin with a separate thermostat for the master bedroom (privacy with sliding door). A/C in both the engine and separate console which runs off the generator. East coast (cold weather) RV with defrosting mirrors, able to keep you warm in cold weather. Automatic or manual leveling jacks with just the push of a button.

Fantastic water heater heats quickly and piping hot! Also heats external shower to keep dirt and sand out of the rig; great for kids, pets, surfers and glampers.

Generator - just had oil change; newer Alt batteries in 1-2025, brand new engine battery (8-2025). Tires were purchased new in 2022 - est. less than 1000 miles on them, very good treads. Great in mud, snow, rain.

Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, stainless steel sinks.

Lots of under-storage, cabinets and outdoor space for all of your camping and travel gear.

The Terra SE 31C motor home by Fleetwood features a set of bunk beds, which provides additional sleeping space for friends or family. The rear of the motor home has a queen bed and nightstands. There is a slide with a wardrobe, dresser, and bunk beds. Across the hall from the bunk beds is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
The kitchen and living area offer a pantry, double kitchen sink, refrigerator, and dinette. Behind the driver's seat is a second slide with a sofa bed, microwave, and three-burner range. The front overhead offers a 32" LED TV which can easily be viewed from anywhere in the front of the motor home.
There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout this motor home for storage. There are many options available on this motor home, such as a bedroom/bunk area 19" LED TV, dual panel bunk bed monitors, hide-a-loft drop-down queen bed with 29" LED TV, an entertainment center with 32" LED TV or a dinette with swing-down bunk.
