I have years of experience with short-term and monthly rentals and can assist owners in many different ways — both remotely and locally.
I work mostly remotely (guest communication, pricing, reviews, scheduling, consulting), but I can also be available locally for property visits, setup, or emergencies if needed.

Vendors
I have professional vendors connections to handle repairs, cleaning, and more. I don't make an appointment and simply send random vendors to your home like other services do. I find only devoted, experienced, and reliable individuals and do random checkups on their work to ensure the tasks are being followed correctly. I specialize in Airbnb cleaning's and train my workers myself. We can meet to discuss your special needs and adjust all necessary requirements for your home and your personal requests. Prices and duties will be discussed when we meet.

From managing, Co-hosting and running my own Palm Springs properties since 2005 to overseeing multiple Airbnb rentals as a Regional Manager for the past five years, I bring proven knowledge in property operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
