Our family home is a 5 bedroom home. Currently my parents in their 70's live here. Our neighborhood is safe and have great neighbors. We have an ADU on our property, and the yard is shared.
I have two different rooms for rent. Standard room size, one of the rooms has its own private entrance. Rooms have new paint, ceiling fan light, wardrobe closet.
Rent and deposit are $1000 each. Rooms have a shared clean bathroom, nice backyard. Rent includes all utilities, kitchen and laundry use, and wifi. Street parking.
Security deposit is due at signing and is the same amount as rent for a month to month living.
