Rooms for rent in beautiful newly remodeled home in Tustin. Dogs allowed as long as good with kids and gets along with mine. Neighborhood has a huge park with basketball court, volleyball court, and many playgrounds, great for walks and picnics. Has few community pools as well. Close to many restaurants/shops and only 10 minutes from UCI. Downtown Tustin only 5 mins away. Students or professionals preferred. No couples or kids (possible I’ll make an exception but highly unlikely). If you have a group and want to house together I am willing to rent out all of upstairs (1 master with walk in closet own restroom, 2 smaller rooms with shared restroom). Lease is month to month.
