We are excited to announce that we will have availability in two of our highly desirable private rooms.
These rooms have private entrance/exits, The large master has it's own private walk in shower/bathroom. This room previously had a tenant for many years. It has been completely cleaned and ready for a new long term resident.
The second available room is positioned right next to a huge walk in shower bathroom and sink that no one else uses.
Floors are beautiful fairly new stone tile, and the private entrance/exit is not connected to any other rooms. Both rooms also have a relaxing terrace that you can enjoy the autumn days in, next to cactus and fruit trees.
The property has a HUGE backyard, with ample space for you to park your car in safety. Lots of beautiful fruit trees and all kinds of other plants and cactuses.
The house has a full kitchen and living room available to all house members. Many bathrooms all over the property.

Master Lux Room rent is $1500. (includes utilities) This price cannot be beat anywhere for such a room
Normal room is $1100. (includes utilities) This price cannot be beat anywhere for such a room
$750 deposit at time of move in.
Parking is in the back of the house and gated. Rooms can be accessed via private entrance/exit, have new locks.
These rooms will be available to those with active employment or students, and will be reserved very fast based on how quickly past available rooms have been visited and reserved. We have a very polite, clean group of working professionals currently in the house, so if you want a clean, safe and modern room with a private bathroom as well as all the amenities for an amazing prize, act fast.
