I have an unfurnished private room with a walk in new shower/bathroom and a walk in closet in the city of Tustin for one (1) person. It is conveniently located 1/4 mile from the 5 freeway on Red Hill avenue. You have one outside parking spot with security spotlight. Although Red Hill is is a highly trafficked street, the room is in the back and very quiet.

The price of $1200.00 per month includes all utilities, a/c, high speed Spectrum internet, and access to washer and drier. You will need to bring your own bed, nightstand, TV, etc. The room is 218 square feet including walk in closet and bathroom. The room itself is 12' 6 inches by 11 feet.

I prefer a mature working person who is neat, a non smoker, and who will pay the rent on time! I'm not looking for either a girlfriend or a wife! No sleepovers. I watch TV until 10 PM, and if after, I use earphones to not disturb.

The room and walk in closet have laminate wood flooring, the walls repainted and the bathroom shower cleaned. It is available now or for an October 1st move in, and a $1200.00 security deposit is required which you can use as a last month's rent. I require a rental application and a room rental agreement. Room tenancy minimum 6 months. Cash payments only!
