Room For Rent Great for Student/ Worker or Business Professional that Travels. Looking for a “EASY”Going person. What I mean by this is…. Someone who is busy, working or is a student or a traveling person who needs a place. Someone similar (a busy person who needs to save some money💰💸 &; Doesn’t want to rent a house or apartment &; pay $4500. This is a large 6 bedroom home &; I have 4 bedrooms upstairs & 2 bedrooms downstairs. With things so expensive &; costs being so high I rent
some of my rooms to help with costs. This is the ideal home to do this .With working adults we rarely see each other &; its a great arrangement.

Large kitchen, inside laundry,bedroom is large ( has room for bed, desk, couch and desk. The room was a add on (so alot larger than average spare rooms))with a large closet and lots of shelf space. Waterfall pool Backyard and Side yard to relax. Nice to live in large home with laundry, have all the amenities of a home but not have the $5000 payment.No Drugs, no Pets, No couples. Must be Pet friendly we have 1 pet which is a English Bulldog and a Tortoise.
Rent is 950 monthly & utilities are $75 monthly which includes gas, water, electric, trash, cable
