I'm looking to rent a room in a new home. It’s located in the Iron Ridge Community next to Portola Hills. It’s a three-story condo, with one bedroom being located on the first floor, the main living area on the second floor, and two bedrooms located on the third floor.
Room for rent: $1,400/mo
This room is on the 3rd floor, master bedroom size 11X13, will come with its own private bath. The price includes all utilities, cable, internet, soft watersystem, electricity, gas, cleaning twice a month, etc. Access to the kitchen and common areas is allowed, as well as to the amenities in the Community. Parking will be on the street, and there’s plenty available.
