I have a private bedroom / bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom dual master apartment. You would have the garage; I have the carport. Full size washer / dryer on patio. Central air and heating. We are on 2nd floor with no one above us, so its pretty quiet. Lease is month to month but I have been here 5 years now. I am a 40 year old, single, with a full time job. I am very clean and very quiet, and am looking for the same in a roommate. I am vegetarian. Vegetarian preferred, but not a dealbreaker. I am up early for work, and go to bed at 9-9:30 typically. I don't bring overnight guests for our privacy/quiet/safety, and I would expect the same in a roommate. Your rent includes water/sewer/trash/pest control/parking/gate clicker for gated complex + pool access (multiple pools) Gas/Electric are not included, and we would split both. I have a cat that stays in my room. The complex is smoke-free, so no cigarettes allowed on the property.
