It is also quite near Beach Boulevard having restaurants, shopping center, retail shops and numerous local businesses. The house is also near Zuniga park and a ten minutes drive to Knott Berry farm and Buena Park.
The monthly rent will be as it follows: $695.00 and 395.00 security deposit. Rent is payable on or before 1 st of the month in cash ( you will be provided with a receipt ).
Note: I do not allow pets, I have 3 very sociable family dogs. You will have to demonstrate income, no felonies, no alcoholism, no in door smoking, I have a patio, and I am required to be of good moral character.
This room is not very easily available because of the location and serenity of the neighborhood. ( the last tenant stayed here 5 years )
