The space/back-room:

Please note there is no kitchenette in the room, but there is a bbq grill and cooking can be done outside on a camping stove if needed. The house:
Located in a nice neighborhood by the Riverview golf course. It's within a short distance of Santa Ana College, Main Place Mall, the Block in Orange, and the Floral Park neighborhood. It has front and back yard, street parking, utilities included, onsite washer/dryer/Internet... My sister and parents live in the main house.
One-month security deposit is required. Sorry, no pets are allowed and the room is for ONE person only.
