We live in a mini mansion with 5700 sq ft of space. We have two private downstairs bedrooms available for rent for a January 1st, 2026 move in.
First photo is how big each room is the other photos are of the whole space in garage before the privacy curtains were up.
Also the couch in pictures has been removed from this space but can be put back if requested by new roommate.
Bedrooms are in converted 3 car garage fully drywalled and insulated. Rooms are about 200 sqft each 20 by 10 and have a shared clean bathroom. Rubber wood flooring throughout.
One room is furnished with a queen adjustable bed, floor lamp, side table, standing mirror and desk.
Still you have plenty of room left for a desk or tv stand.
These rooms are available for rent at $850 monthly rent and $850 security deposit. Rent includes all utilities.
Access to mini kitchen with full privileges, washer and dryer use of 4 loads per month free of charge additional loads are $4 dollars each. There is plenty of street parking.
We have a huge living room with 65" smart TV, Prime, and a few more. You are allowed to use family room when not in use.
We have fuseball, board and card games. Nice sized private backyard.
No smoking, drugs, drinking, pets, guests, parties, shoes in house or working from home.
Price is for 1 person. No credit checks.
