Rent is $900 a month. First month plus $900 (security deposit) gets you in = $1800 (all utilities are included in this price)
* Your room is 10'x10’ square feet.
* You would share a bathroom with two other persons. Bathroom is located across from your room in the hallway.
About the atmosphere:
* We are mainly looking for someone employed full time or going to school.
* We are looking for female only (no couples) - Age 25-45, this is not a party house. This is a family home.
* You must be cool with dogs as we have one small dog.
* You are sharing the house (currently) with 4 other people. One male + three other female and one child (couple days a week). We have another room for rent so this will be 5 total in a 6 bedroom home.
You must be:
* Able to pay rent
* Cleanly
* Drama-free
* Able to pick up after yourself and your guests
* Able to accommodate a house chore if need be
* Respectful
A couple more things the house offers:
* This is a smart house which includes smart Security Cameras, smart locks, smart air conditioning, etc.
* Security Alarm System
* Washer/Dryer
* Refrigerator in the garage and in the kitchen available
* One block away close to Carl Thornton Park
* Driveway/Street parking
This is a good fit if you:
* Can self manage
* Can do your dishes (your own of course)

You are more than welcome to have alcohol to wind down and relax in your own space, however, no drugs of any kind, parties or pre-parties are allowed at the house. It is a family home and we hope that you respect it as such. If you do smoke cigarettes, you can do so outdoors. I just wanted to make this CLEAR.
