There are plenty of street parking and onsite parking is first come first serve. Located in a very friendly neighborhood accessible to nearby schools and lots of restaurants. Utilities and wifi are included. Rental contract needs to be a minimum of at least 6 months or longer. Deposit is $500. Due at move in is first month rent $800 and $500 deposit. Access to the house is keyless with a code assigned to each roommate. NO LAUNDRY use on site and kitchen use is limited. No pets and non-smoking or use of any recreational drugs onsite. Income verification and background check will be run for all interest tenants. Looking for professional working adults as tenant so that the space is respected and can co-exist with current two tenants who are working professionals .
