The owner lives in OC but not in the same unit.

The unit has been completely remodeled with granite counter top, new flooring, kitchen cabinets, windows, etc. You must need to take off your shoes to get into the unit.
Minimum 1 year lease and you need to put 1 month rent deposit.
You need to have a common sense to respect other housemates (no dirty dishes in kitchen, etc. not to much noise at late night, etc).
You need to pay 1/3 of the utilities. If you have and EV, I can install a new EV charger and you need to responsible for the extra charging fees (electricity).
