i have a room available in a 2350sqf home within a gated community in San Juan. We are close to beach, downtown and we have a back gate connected to the main bike path that goes from Doheny to downtown. Room is 13x15. It is a shared bathroom, but not really. Other person is rarely home and keeps nothing in bathroom. What you see in pic is how it looks all the time. You can decorate as you please if you wanted. Work at home is ok and actually preferred. The is an area in the loft you can set up an office desk. We have full speed internet and printer if needed. Full house privileges. Laundry is conveniently upstairs next to room Kitchen is huge and plenty of storage. Kitchen has microwave, toaster oven and larger air fryer, but there is plenty of counter space if you have your own items. Parking is either in driveway or right in front of home. We have a large BBQ and nice patio furniture. Neighbors are awesome and community is great. Utilities are split 1/3. There are two people in home. Both very down to earth. No drugs. Prefer no smoking. casual drinker is ok. I do have an awesome pup which is why I don’t mind a work at home person, as long as it doesn’t disrupt other people in home, if someone happenns to be home during day, which is rare, even on weekend. You likely can’t find a better atmosphere in a household when renting a room. It is available Dec. 1. No couples or kids.
