Decent size room with a mirrored large closet and private bathroom in a three-bedroom three bath home. One half block to the beach. Walk to the beach trail Beach in 1 minute! The walk to town is 5 to 10 minutes where all the shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques on del Mar are. We are in the Linda Lane, Beach Park and Beach/ neighborhood. I am thinking about renting a room out again. I'm in no hurry and just looking for the right fit. I keep it very organized and clean home and take a lot of pride in it. I have a beautiful garden here and an amazing Ocean view rooftop deck which is perfect for reading, sunning, and just enjoying the outdoors.

I'm not one to leave lights on during the day or run the TV all night. Things like that. I'm very courteous, and considerate and expect the same from you. The room can come pretty much furnished or it can be emptied.

There is a nice new bed in the room, The shelving unit pictured will be moved upstairs, but I have some really nice beachy shabby chic furniture that we can put in there along with a nice flat screen TV . One of the perks about living here is and I am super mellow and positive and go out to LA quite a bit to visit my girlfriend and usually go to Hawaii in the summertime, I ski all winter long and also go out to my desert house so you will have the house to yourself fairly often. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend I would ask if you could go there and not bring them over here, as this is a room rental with house privileges but only for you or maybe a family member or two if they come to visit. It could be a perfect setup for someone that likes the beach lifestyle and a nice well-kept home in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Available now. And could start rent on the 15th or 1st of the month.
