This is a unfurnished room for rent in a 5 bedroom house. The move in date is 10th of August. The room itself is actually quite spacious with a large closet with built in shelves. You will share a bathroom with one other person. The house comes with a large shared kitchen(stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc.), central air/heating, 2 large living rooms/dinning rooms, and small backyard. The house also comes with a large two car garage that is currently being used for storage. There is a shared driveway and tons of street parking always available.

Everyone that lives here is very friendly, quiet and usually just keeps to themselves. Everyone is a working professional that works close by in the area.

This is a non-smoking house but smoking outside is ok.

PETS ARE OK. A couple tenants have cats, so you must be ok with living with animals.

The house is located about 2 minutes from the orange circle and Chapman university. It’s also very close the 55 and 22 freeway.

The rent is $1025 a month + utilities. Utilities are usually between $100-$150 a person depending on usage. The utilities cover water, gas, trash, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is $800. I believe there is also a pet deposit for $200-300 if you have a pet.

Since the move in date is in the middle of the month you will get a pro-rated rate for the month of August ~ $634, for the first month + deposit.
