My home has a warm vibe; it is homely, and guests are always welcome. While it is not a party house, it is also not the quietest house.
TERMS/DURATION:
• Month-to-Month lease with 30 days’ notice.
• Rent is $1150/month
• Security Deposit is $500
• The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful.

• Kitchen Privileges
• Use of Common Areas: Dining and Living Room
• Laundry (Washer/Dryer)
• Central Heat and Air
• Utilities Included (Water, Electric/Gas, Trash)
• Cable TV and Internet – Verizon 5G
ROOM INCLUDES:
• Twin Size Bed with sheets, comforter, and pillows
• Dresser and night stand, closet
• HDTV
• Wi-Fi access
SMOKING/DRUGS/DRINKING POLICY:
• Nonsmokers preferred.
• However, outside smoking is permitted
• No excessive drinking is permitted
• We are 420-friendly
PET POLICY:
• Small Pet Allowed
