Room w clubhouse, pool Jacuzzi and a gym five minutes from a park 15 minutes to the beach walking . Quiet non-drinking environment. Awesome neighborhood next to Hoag Hospital.. Male preferred, but not absolute.
No kitchen privileges.. no guest. Plenty of meeting space at the clubhouse thank you.
