Attached garage with a parking space specifically for you. (large SUV's or Large trucks, won't fit, you will need to park those out on the street)
There is a $180 Flat fee for all utilities including WiFi and a monthly cleaning service for the common areas.
Refundable Deposit is $1,260.
**IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS**
No Pets of any kind allowed - Not even your emotional support ferret.
No smoking in the house
No hard drug use, and no blatant drunkenness (In other words, just be respectful of everyone in the house)
Must be able to pass a background check with no evictions or criminal history
Must have proof of income (so if you're paid cash, are going to get a job, or just going to school it won't work.. unless you're paying for the year upfront in cash... then welcome to your new home =P ).
The room is for ONE PERSON only.
The downstairs roommate is an architectural analyst. One upstairs roommate has a corporate 8-5 job in the tech industry and the other is a musician.
Currently all men live in the house but I'm happy to have a man or woman move in.
