We are three young professional guys in our mid 20's - late 30's looking for a new roommate in our 4bd/2ba beach house.
Location is outstanding if you're into beach activities. Lot's of the neighbors surf, bike, run. We have boards in the garage if you want to take a crack at it, and Frog House is right down the street if you take to it and want your own gear. We're right across from PCH. Easy walk to the water.
Everyone has full time work which occupies most of their time. We've got a professional photographer, OC first responder and a sales guy. We're looking for someone likewise. Work from home is ok. The photog does most of his work out of his room/office.
We've had a lot of roommates over the years. It's nice when you click and enjoy hanging out. It's also fine if you're super busy doing your own thing. We just ask that you be respectful of the space and the other roommates.
Washer/Dryer in the unit. Full kitchen w/ oven. Bathroom is shared by the three front rooms so hopefully our timing syncs.
Street parking, generally easy enough to come by outside of the 4th of July weekend.
Rent is $1,680.00/mo. Utilities are usually around 200ish. Deposit is one months rent.
Looking for someone asap. Looking for a single person, room is a bit tight for a couple.
