Hello! I have a 2 bed 2 bath apt that I will be renting a room out. You would have the master bathroom and bedroom is 10x11 feet with a closet as well. The place has a pool, as well as laundry on site. A parking spot is also offered off the street so you car is fine and no need to worry about parking when you come home.
Your more then welcome to have people over, full kitchen access as well.

About me… Male and work mostly mornings but have some days I work later. I do travel 1-2 times a month so on average not home 7ish days a month.
The rent would include everything including utilities, cable etc.. 1150 a month for everything.
