The room is available immediately. That said, there is no rush to fill the occupancy. I'm more concerned with finding the right person vs renting out quickly.
One Room in a 3bed 2bath Mission Viejo home available. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, up to you. Room dimensions about 10ft x 12ft, not including the large closet you'll have. You have your own bathroom for privacy. The home is furnished almost entirely. The kitchen is fully loaded. If you'd like to bring your own things for the house, I don't mind. You are welcome to parking in the driveway w additional street parking. Great views from the backyard, you can enjoy the views from the jacuzzi after a day.
I'm looking for someone to take a month-to-month lease. Ideally I'm looking for someone who wants to stay long term though. Rent is $1500/mo. Security deposit equal to monthly rent. Utilities split evenly, water, gas, electricity, internet. Background check will be ran upon applying for the room.
I'm 35m and a working professional. I work for myself and make my own schedule. I'm typically in the office, out working on the water, or traveling. I'm not interested in applicants that work solely from home full time. I live an active lifestyle outside of home and work. Golf, gym, trips, new restaurants, parties w/ friends, nights out, etc.. I'm looking for someone who also enjoys living actively, no couch potatoes. MUST BE CLEAN & RESPECTFUL. I'm a yacht captain so you can expect that I run a tight ship, I won't stand to have a slob living under this roof. I do have a small 12lb dog that occasionally lives here, I split custody over her. She loves people but doesn't do well with other dogs or cats. That being the case, I have to find someone that is without an animal.
Male or Female roommate, I don't care. I've lived with all types. Most importantly I'm looking for someone that lives actively, is clean, respectful, and someone I can see myself calling a friend someday. I've moved into places I've found on craigslist and can say I know what it's like. This is a fun house and needs another fun person to live in it.
