I have a den next the Kitchen for rent only $80 for utilities/ a month. I m looking for an Asian female ( I m asian) who is matured, retired or Student who is working part time, from home. She loves small dog. She will help me to take care the dog for feedings, walking short distance, go to the park to exercise. It is very light works, as pumping his food in the morning, he eats only one time a day on afternoon after running at the park. I drive him to the park daily. I prefer Asian female. We will enjoy the company. It is near to little Saigon lots of restaurants, food courts. I dont cook often. No smoking, no vaping. You can cook for yourself. Shared the bathroom with me.
