Clean two story, four bedroom home on a small private, family oriented street occupied by three. Safe area with plenty of free parking around the house. The private room is located on the second floor with a large window overlooking the wooded backyard; it is completely furnished with an LG smart TV, blackout shades, a very comfortable, full size, Sealy posturepedic pillow top mattress along with a large shag rug, nightstand, dresser, and closet. There is a very clean shared bathroom with one other, shared washer/dryer, wifi availability, and kitchen access. There is also a private pool club down the road located on a lake with a gym, various pools, and volleyball/tennis/basketball courts etc.
A bit about myself:
I moved to California in 1981, with my husband and baby son. We spent the first 20 years in San Bernardino, at the base of the foothills of Mont Baldy. In 2000 we moved to Lake Forest with our 4 children all of whom are now grown and professional people with the exception of our youngest son whom still lives at home whilst he finishes his studies at university. I am now a homeowner in our lovely Lake Forest home. I care for my grand children Monday through Friday and on the weekends enjoy beach trips and gardening. I feel I am a 'young' older person, I try to keep up with the times and enjoy times spent with family. I enjoy movies, going for walks, working in the garden and reading. Although both my husband and I are retired we both keep quite busy. Our home sits on a very large lot in a very rural part of Lake Forest, we are surrounded by trees and all sorts of woodland critters, I love to hand feed the squirrels who come and actually take nuts etc out of my hands! We own a small dog and cat .
