Furnished (bed, TV, dresser) private room is available September 1. Looking for an extra roomy in a 3 bedroom townhouse. All utilities are paid for. I (Landlord) already occupy one of the rooms. Male or Female will do. There is NO DRAMA allowed in the house. Responsible alcohol drinking is fine. Bedrooms are upstairs. CIGARETTE SMOKERS, VAPERS or ADDICTS of any kind need NOT APPLY. Full privileges. Ceiling fans in all rooms of the home. Laundry is in-house and fast WIFI. Direct TV, DVR in all rooms. I just require one simple payment each month of $975. There's also a $975 security deposit to move in. You must have $1,950 total to move in. 2 bathrooms (both shared). Patio, BBQ. Best fit would be: clean, quiet with a 40-hours/week job, probably 35 years and older. No working from home, must have a job outside of the home. No couples, kids or pets.
