You: NON-SMOKER, clean, punctual, solvent and reliable, possibly a busy professional, someone who travels extensively, or a working student.
Me: quiet college professor who does most socializing outside the home. However, I do have lots of teaching materials and clothes.
Other roommates: a very mellow cat dwells here and a medical professional who's currently away. Two pedestal sinks.
The house is duplex style. We share the entry and the laundry machines with the downstairs folk. We both have spare refrigerators in the garage to minimize shopping trips.
Note: The garage CANNOT house your storage items and the upstairs is limited on drawer space and privacy, hence the low rent; see full bed by window; hanging space for clothes and plenty of linens provided.
The kitchenette sports microwave, electric cooktop, and toaster oven/air fryer adequate for most hot food needs.
