$950 Greenwood Tustin Legacy (Jamboree and Warner)

My house is a 9 year-old home in Tustin Greenwood development on Jamboree and Warner which is adjacent to The Tustin District shopping center with AMC theaters and popular shopping (Whole Foods, Costco, Target, In-n-Out Burger, etc.). It is a few miles from UCI. The house residents have access to the club house with a large outdoor swimming pool, walking & jogging trails, a 6-acre Greenwood Park, amphitheater, pickle ball, and basketball courts.
I'm a busy professional working full-time. I have 2 private, unfurnished rooms as followed:
1. One upstairs room with shared bathroom available for rent at $950/month plus utilities.
2. One downstairs room with private bathroom available for rent at $1200/month plus utilities.
Both rooms come with full kitchen and laundry room privileges and are available now.
I am looking for two respectful, quiet, reliable, dependable, and accountable professionas (preferably male because of the other tenant) with a full-time job outside of the home to rent the room. No pets, smoking, or drugs (of any kind) please.
