The neighborhood is wonderful, close to, yet just far enough from, Main Street with a village within a small town feel. A great network of neighbors and friends combined with a few small shops and restaurants literally a stone's throw away make this an ideal spot.
The house has a parlor/livingroom, large kitchen with breakfast nook/pantry, laundry room and one and a half bathrooms. We do Airbnb some rooms so the house is often half empty, especially in winter.
Even in summer, the schedules are so varied that there is rarely a day when you see even half the roomies/guests much less wait for a shower. A weekly cleaning service takes care of the major cleaning and everyone must clean up after themselves so the place stays clean and quiet.
The roomates are laid back easygoing people; a fun, interesting, active and outdoorsy crew (surf, snow, skate, bike, etc). Please respond with any further questions and some details about yourself.
Utilities, high-speed (FIOS 500/500) internet, HBO/Showtime/etc, cleaning service, laundry, etc are all included in the rent. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
