About the place:
-Residences at Bella Terra (close to shops, the 405, Goldenwest College)
-3BR, 2BA
-Room is large and bright, ample closet space (will not be furnished)
-Bathroom is shared with 1 female roommate
-Common spaces are all furnished and have all the gadgets and gizmos you’d need
-In-unit laundry!!
-Pool & jacuzzi on property
-Balcony off the kitchen
-App for the apartment that makes payments/maintenance requests a breeze
-3 parking spots (may be looking into a 4th as we now/would have 4 cars, parking available in Costco garage)
About the roommates:
3 very sweet, very amiable people. Late 20s-30s. The master bedroom is shared by a couple with so little drama it makes me rethink all of my past relationships. On the other side of the apartment are the two other rooms, where another female roommate is. She is quite literally the sweetest gal in the world and she works like crazy so is busy often. ALL roommates are sober & working recovery programs. Mosh is the 1.5yo kitty who is an energetic young chap, always looking to make friends and steal food.
About you:
The ideal roommate would be friendly, easygoing, and okay with moderate noise levels (my male roommate makes music in his room). Someone in recovery would be ideal, we do not have drugs or alcohol in the home. A cat could be comfortable here (I am taking my cat :\ Mosh may be lonely). The apartment is not a good fit for a dog.
Overall, we have a familial vibe. We look out for each other. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you’d like. No judgement, just vibes.
I am not in a rush to leave, but I am prepared to get the process started whenever we find the right fit. There will be a $300 application fee for the prospective roommate. Current lease is through August 2026.
Rent is $1250 + utilities = about $1375 total
