Great room with a great view! Nice house located near the Goldenwest College. Bathroom shared with two other male tenant’s who work full time and are very nice!
Both guys have rented here for over 6years now,… guess they like it :) and … everyone gets along great! No animals and no smoking or overnight guest please. Kitchen, laundry and WiFi, gas water and electricity included! Need references and a background check, along with first and last month’s rent upon move in day.
